Returns & Exchanges
If you are not happy with the product you received for any reason within 30 days, contact us at email@example.com and we will work to make it right with an exchange, or return for a refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you would like to exchange your product, we will notify you via email where to send your product.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. and we will ship your replacement within 1-2 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Orders can only be canceled up until the moment they ship. Once they have shipped, we cannot cancel the order until it arrives, at which point you may contact us to setup a return.
